‘Graphic Happiness’ is traveling through China and aims to bring the inspiration and playfulness of Dutch Design. Next to an overview of iconic figures of Dutch Design, thonik and other contemporary design studios and designers present their work.

Dutch Design as an inspiration to China
Museum Hilversum has brought together an extensive overview of Dutch Graphic Design. ‘Graphic Happiness in China’ brings together an overview of more than 40 Dutch designers, which includes 20 iconic figures of Dutch Design, such as: Dick Bruna, Wim Crouwel, Theo van Doesburg, and Anthon Beeke. Next to this, thonik will present their work together with 23 other Dutch contemporary design studios and designers in solo exhibitions.

The exhibition aims to bring the inspiration and playfulness of Dutch Design and will travel throughout China for the duration of 14 months.
