One of the Graphic Tapestries is on show at the exhibition ‘Decorum: Carpets and Tapestries by Artists’ at Power Station of Art in Shanghai. The exhibition shows more than a hundred carpets and tapestries from Europe, America, Africa and Asia from the sixth century to the present. The impressive exhibition, realised at the Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, challenges the standard notions of tapestry as an anachronistic art form.
